Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction levels are vital to our continued success, impelling us to ensure that we are client-focussed at all stages throughout the contract. We recognise that a satisfied customer is a loyal customer with whom we can build a long term business relationship beneficial to both companies.
Clients can therefore be confident that they will receive a quality driven service. We aim to integrate constant and consistent quality within all areas of cleaning maintenance and its associated functions, thereby delivering a service which is second to none and provides customer satisfaction as its defined objective.
Our Staff
All Ableclean Ltd operatives are trained, uniformed and fully conversant with the company’s Health & Safety Policy which conforms to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974; a copy of which is available upon request.
All staff are paid a substantial mark up to the minimum (or market clearing) wage and is what we refer to as an ‘efficiency wage’. Efficiency wages reduce monitoring, supervision and staff turnover costs. By reducing turnover of staff we consistently achieve 99.5% service attendance practically eliminating contract failure.
Cleaning staff are recruited by recommendation or through local advertisements. In new contracts, consideration is given to existing staff, subject to client agreement. All staff receive full induction training and are continuously supported and monitored to ensure all future training needs are met.
